Thai Food : Ingredients of Pork stewed in the gravy

Boiled egg 3 egg
cooking oil 3 tablespoon
Streaky pork cut to a small piece 1 cup
pepper 1 teaspoon
Celery root mashed 1 tablespoon
garlic mashed 1 tablespoon
Cinnamon 2 piece
Anise 2 piece
fried tofu cut to a small piece 1 cup
fish sauce 2 tablespoon
Soy sauce 2 tablespoon
sugar 4 tablespoon
water 1 pot

Thai Food : Preparation of Pork stewed in the gravy

1. Heat oil in a pan and then put sugar to stir in until sugar change to brown.
2. Pot a water to a pan and the put pepper, celery root, garlic, cinnamon and anise. boil it around 30 minute.
3. put streaky pork and boiled egg to a pan. Put fish sauce, fried tofu and soy sauce.
4. serve to a bowl. eat with jasmin rice

Minced Pork Omelet

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 175g minced pork

Method

  1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. 
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, fish sauce, pepper and minced pork. 
  3. When oil is hot, pour in egg mixture. 
  4. Fry until fully cooked and golden on both sides.
